Round trip for one week to the impressive national parks of Andasibe and Ranomafana. At the End of the journey stay for relaxation on the perfume island Nosy Be.
TOUR
1st day: journey to Paris
Individual journey to Paris Connection to Madagascar
2nd day: Arrival at Antananarivo
Arrival at Ivato Airport. Check-out and transfer to the Hotel. Then we visit the capital city of Madagascar named Tana and the Zoological-Botanical Garden Tsimbazaza. Here we find a good number of animals and plants that are unique and only found on Madagascar. Hotel Gregoire or equivalent, bed and breakfast.
3th day: Marozevo
Trip over the highlands into the high fog rain forest. Visit to the private farm Peyreiras in Marozevo. There are 3000 different species of butterflies in Madagascar. Most of theme you can admire on the farm. Drive to the Perinet-reserve and night excursion. This is a highlight of the travel. Bungalow Feon ny Ala or equivalent, bed and breakfast.
4th day: Perinet-Analamazaotra-Reserve
After breakfast a walk into the area where the Indri is living. Then we drive back to Tana. Overnight stay at the Hotel Gregoire or equivalent, bed and breakfast. Visit of some markets if time is possible.
5th day: volcanic landscape - minerals
We drive through the highland to Antsirabe. This region is rich in minerals. The pleasant climate and the hot sources made Antsirabe a noble spa. Hotel Diamant or equivalent, bed and breakfast.
6th day: Fianarantsoa
We continue to Fianarantsoa. The landscape is characterized by terraced rice fields. Our next stop is Ambositra and the Zafimaniry, the famous wood carver. Soafia or equivalent, BB
7th day: Rain forest by train
Fascinating train journey to Manakara (ca. 11 hours). We enjoy a trip through untouched rain forest past to palms, the tree of the traveller and much more. Hotel Sidi, bed and breakfast. If the train should be faulty, the program is switched over correspondingly.
8th day: National park Ranomafana
Journey by car to Ranomafana. Bungalow Domaine Nature or equivalent, bed and breakfast.
9th day: National park Ranomafana
Today visit to the unique reserve of Ranomafana. This ist the home of the Golden Lemur and of the world’s smallest frog. At a great round walk we let ourselves be initiated into the secrets of the park by a native leader. Bungalow Domaine Nature or equivalent, bed and breakfast.
10th day: Tana
Drive back to Tana. On the way there are lots of interesting photo motives. The journey is relatively far and exhausting. Except for approx. 20 km we have a very well fully developed street. Hotel Gregoire or equivalent, bed and breakfast.
11th to 14th day: Nosy Be.
Transfer to Ivato Airport and flight to the Nosy Be, the famous island of perfume (Stay on Nosy Be without guide and excursions). Here we have many possibilities for activities: water sports, lonley beaches and lots of sightseeing tours like the Mont Passot, a rum factory, the reserve Lokobe, the turtle island Nosy Iranja or the islands Nosy Komba and Nosy Tanykely etc. All activities are optional, must be booked and payed directly at the hotel. 4 nights in Nosy Be Hotel or euquivalent, half board.
15th day: Tana
Transfer to the airport and flight back to the capital city Tana. Pickup and transfer to the Hotel Gregoire or equivalent, bed and breakfast. The rest of the day is at your own disposal.
16th day: Tana - Flight back to Paris
In the morning we visit again the famous artisan market “Marche de Artisanat" possibility of buying souvenirs. Then transfer to Ivato, check-in and flight back to Paris in the afternoon.
17th day: Arrival at Paris
Arrival at Paris in the morning. Individual journey back home.

Hotel arrangements may be subject to alteration. Departure times of flights can be postponed by as much as several days, as airlines can change their operating days in the course of the year. All remaining trips are then reorganised in accordance with customers’ wishes.
Suitable vehicles are arranged in accordance with the number of travellers (1-8) to ensure the best value. English- or German-speaking guides are available, as is the option to travel without a guide. These trips can also be reorganised on an individual basis depending on areas of interest.
Whether as part of an organised programme or as an extra, we can also offer a few refreshing and therapeutic days for a chance to bathe, as required. Tours on the themes of mineral wealth, ornithology and botany are available by arrangement, but require planning and booking well in advance due to time restraints and the availability of skilled personnel.
